Early this summer I met up with one of my beloved families for a sweet little session at the farm at Westmoor Park in West Hartford.

We played by the pond, then made our way back to the walking trail which was surrounded by tall grass and wildflowers and clover. The kids rolled down the hill, snuggled with mom and dad, made bracelets out of tall grass, and we all laughed and smiled as if life was back to normal. I had desperately missed taking sessions like this.

I hope the next time I capture this sweet family the world will be in a better place, and I’ll be able to hug them <3
